PJO! Poseidon vs. GM! Poseidon

Recently (okay so not recently, but it's been going on for lowkey for several years and quite frankly it's starting to really annoy me) a lot of people seem to have either forgotten, never knew, or just don't care that my Greek god designs have NOTHING to do with the PJO series lol

So, to explain it to people I'v decided to start a PJO vs. GM art series comparing the two designs... to help clarify that they are very different.

To start just in case you don't know Greek Modernology is MY original story with my own original designs and personalities of the gods as teenagers. So not only are they younger than the PJO gods, but they have slightly different personalities due to this.

I'm gonna start off the series with everyone's favorite sea deity, Poseidon or as he's known in my Greek Modernology universe Kaiyou.

In the PJO series, Poseidon has a more fisherman vibe with tacky Hawaiian shirts, Bermuda shorts, and I'd imagine easy-to-remove sandals.  In my sketch of him I did throw in a scrunchy-like bracelet, a few seashells, and a necklace. He's also got a more laid-back devil-may-care personality... very chill lol

As opposed, Kaiyou (my Poseidon) is far more energetic and moody... as teenagers are. He's actually more like Percy personality-wiser rather than the more mature Poseidon lol He's got tennis shoes because he's constantly moving, khaki shorts, seashell themed t-shirt, and edgy-ish fishnets and earrings. Plus, he's hairs been lightened from his natural black hair to a softer brown that nearly matches his tan skin
